Saturday Nov 8th 2.30 and 7.30

Set in a chalet in the French mountains, Piège Pour Un Homme Seul (Trap for a Lonely Man) is a Hitchcock-like thriller where a man’s wife goes missing for ten days, the police are notified and called to investigate, when the wife is found and returns. This welcome eventuality does not provide a resolution and only frustrates the police investigation as the man claims that she is not his wife! She claims he is unwell, not himself and is in need of rest or perhaps being taken to an asylum. The police inspector has to unravel the two versions of events.

February. 26th to the 30th at 7:30pm,
March 1st at 4pm

A celebrated Shakespearean actor returns to the stage, determined to seize his final and greatest role: King Lear. Alone under the lights, he summons thunderous verse, relives past triumphs, and hears the voices of those who shaped his life. At first commanding and witty, he seems every bit the master of his craft, but as the rehearsal unfolds, the cracks begin to show. Memory falters, bravado wavers, and the line between performance and reality blurs. Both funny and heartbreaking, this intimate solo piece is a love letter to Shakespeare and a moving exploration of family, legacy, and the fragile brilliance of a life spent on stage. Audiences will laugh, reflect, and be deeply moved by one man’s last stand in the spotlight.
 World Premiere performance.

Worlds collide as the kitchen of a Gilded Age New York City mansion becomes the battleground for a violent night of power, passion, and destruction. Moved from Midsummer’s Eve in Sweden to Independence Day in New York City, this one-hour twist on Strindberg’s classic harbours the same dangerous spirit of the original, pressing against the tragedy’s core tension with every breath: freedom demands structure, order becomes its cage, and destruction waits at every door with open arms, parted lips, drenched in the sweet scent of release.

Hilarious, heartfelt, and deeply human, this solo show is about family, resilience, and the irrepressible urge to be a performer. Blending storytelling, parody, music and memoir, Barker retraces the unlikely path from Migrant Kid Hiding From Bullies to a late-bloomer Actor. This is a story for anyone who’s ever felt invisible, ever had to hide their passion, or ever been told: 'Don't Get Carried Away'.
